The construction of our condo in San Miguel de Allende is in good progress and the builder should be able to finish for delivery after July 31,2022.

So, it is time for me to conclude the orders with you. 

For the bed options, I will go with the bed style for a single big mattress without box springs.

I looked at the Mattress website that you sent to me but think the measurements are only length and width.

You mentioned that you need to know the total thickness of the mattress. Since the mattress only takes 30 days to deliver, I don’t want to place the order now. What would you suggest to handle this?

Also, there are two sizes for Queen and King. Which ones are the correct one?

I would prefer to go with the ones generally used in Mexico.
