Lock and drywall finishing 120.00, so when I install BBQ doors balance would be  600 + 1,160.70.  $1,760.70. total “
If  OK with You, I propose, I order this item and have it installed when ready,  just please deposit for the lock and wood differential, drywall and lock install.
480 + 25 + 120 = $625.00.
 $1,160.70 when BBQ doors installed next week.
