Hi Oscar,
We are interested in placing an order for three pieces of furniture and have additional requests as detailed below:
· Medium Governador Armoire – 74”h x 41”w x 20”d; in addition to the three shelves we would like to have bottom drawers on the inside (2 side-by-side on the bottom and 1 with side cubby on right above the two bottom drawers)
· Esc Solid Wood Large Desk – 68”w x 32”d x 30”h; we would like file drawers on each side with smaller drawers above each, keyboard/pencil drawer, a pull-out tray on right; your advice on accent carving on the desk to complement the Governador Armoire
· Lib 1 Solid Wood Bookcase – 35”w x 78”h x 14”d (With the additional height, is another shelf proportional?)
All items to be built in walnut wood, with slightly distressed finish, MINWAX Dark Walnut stain, and black hardware. We are not familiar with your finishing process that uses wax. We would like a no-maintenance finish that is satin sheen finish (not high gloss).
We are also looking for a swivel, office chair.
Please advise regarding processing of additional requests, duty, and total price. Thanks so much,

Hi Oscar,
· We will not be using a keyboard in the pencil drawer so it can be a normal drawer
· One file drawer on each side as per diagram is good
· Stain very similar to our kitchen picture or a bit darker is fine
We would like to proceed with this order but are also interested in adding the laundry hamper and office chair. Please advise if it is best to place the order now or wait until we determine possibilities for hamper and chair.
Laundry hamper:
· 21”w x14”d x 27”h, walnut wood, same stain and urethane
· vented with lid and feet so slightly off floor
· small carving on top lid or front if suitable to design
Office chair:
· swivel office walnut chair with black leather seat

Hi Oscar,
We would like to have 3 drawers per side as shown in the diagram, the larger drawers on each side of the bottom only have to be able to fit a 8.5 x 14” letter inside.
We will pay the deposit to get things rolling and deal with the hamper, chair and any other questions.

Hi Oscar,
8” or 9” drawer panel height for the Lib 1 will work. Desk drawers similar to drawing ( don’t forget the armrest/tray ) in distressed walnut. I have to catch up to my son. Did you manage to locate office chair hardware?

Hi Oscar,
The furniture arrived last week, Caroline says it is gorgeous. The desk had a couple of rub marks from shipping, nothing a touch up pen couldn’t handle. The crate was quite smashed but it did its job protecting the cargo. We would like to thank you for creating such beautiful pieces for us. Your advice on the color has also been appreciated. We have been referring your company to friends, so maybe some more business from Alberta will come your way. We will need your services again in about a year from now to build some custom wall units to flank both sides of a fireplace. Now that we know the entire process, everything should go a bit smoother next time around. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and we look forward to future endeavors with Hacienda Rustica. Take good care of the puppies and play with them a lot.
